@Shila_dewji , you say you are banned from the WhatsApp, do you mean you cannot use it, due to parental control?

If that is the case and you are over 18 and are on Pay as you go, you would need to ring up customer service with a credit card and pay an amount that will be refunded or go to an EE store with a photo ID and get the restrictions lifted.

If you are on contract you can do this yourself by going on the app and clicking the icon top right then settings and you will see parental control and change it.
