I recently ordered the series x with the £140 game card. It came on Monday without the game card and my paperwork says it’s £70 game card how can I sort this.

You should receive a text message to claim the gamecard within a few days of receiving the device. If you haven't received this, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so that they can raise a webform to the relevant team to send one manually.
