Xbox gaming bundle- Unhappy!!!!!!!

I have had a nightmare with EE since this morning. I placed an order online for an xbox series x gaming bundle over the weekend, £10 upfront then £30 a month as an add on to my currentcontract. I received a text this morning asking that I call in as additional information was needed to complete the order. I called in and got told the payment had gone to ee from PayPal but the order system glitched and I had to pay another 10 pounds to complete the order. So I did this with a little grumble. Low and behold the glitch happened again! This was just after being given a delivery slot for tomorrow. I was then transferred to mobile billing where it was confirmed I had paid 2 lots of £10 to EE. I asked politely for one of these £10 to be used as the one off payment for the deal. The lady said yes. She then proceeded to start the refund process for both £10 payments without explanation. She did however reassure me that she could process the order. It turned out she couldn't. I was then transferred to websales where I was reassured that my order would eventually be processed after over 1 hour and 10 minutes on the phone. Only to be asked to hold for over 10 minutes. The call handler eventually came back to tell me it had sold out!!! Upset is an understatement right now! This may have ruined Christmas. I am very disappointed. Can something be done about this please EE?

Not sure how you expect me to help you, sorry you have had this problem, unfortunately if it has sold out, best to keep an eye out to see if they get new stock. There is no account access here and I am a customer like you. Not sure what you expect us here to do.

@Stewart18 , that is ok, but always best to write here in the forum, as everyone, including staff have different times when they might see and be able to answer questions, but I take it as a complement.
