Wrong email

Hi,

 

I entered the wrong E-mail address on the form to order a new iPhone, I can't access it so can't get my confirmation number. I cannot ring EE as I don't have a number and cannot track on the DPD app. It's been 4 days since I placed the order. The money has come out of the bank.
