Why can't I track my order?

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max on 30th September and I was told it would be delivered within 28 days, which is fine, but any time I try and track my order I'm just met with this error message.

@WaldoWilson  You can not track what’s not been allocated to you as there is nothing to track yet.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
