I made an order for mobile phone and contract.
I have had no contact in a week and my order is not showing on my ee account. Also when I add the order to the site to track it, it says it can't be added.
This is a joke as soon as you place an order it should be viewable on the site I shouldn't have to add it myself

I don't understand why when you make an order that order dose not appear on my account. Same thing happened with my fiber few months back.
