Where is my order?

I've ordered my phone on Monday, got an email with order nr and all info, phone EE on Wednesday and they said that I will get my phone delivered in 1-2 working days. It's Friday and I can't even track my order 🤔 wondering how long it takes to get my new phone

I've checked our stock levels and they are in stock and expected to be dispatched within one working day.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team again, just to double check your order.
