Where is my order?

I have ordered an Apple Watch as an additional line on my EE account. Everything went through, got my order confirmation, this was 3 days ago and I haven’t had a text or email about delivery from EE or DPD. EE are usually pretty quick and there was no indication that the item was out of stock. When I try to track my order, it says the information isn’t available. How can I find out where my order is and why it hasn’t been dispatched?

That model is usually dispatched within 24 hours.

You'll receive a text message with your delivery slot before 11am on the day of delivery. I'd expect you to receive it tomorrow.
