Where is my Order

I placed an order on Friday 26th September but I’ve still had no email or txt message and when I’m trying to track it on the app it’s saying my order number is wrong?

Hi @Ashleec123 

Please check your Spam/Junk folder to see if any update email has been filtered there. If you have no email from us, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

If the order didn't complete correctly they can re-process the order for you.

They don’t no what’s happened to my order there giving me my money back as I was going to have to pay again and I couldn’t do that so I’m going with a different company
