I upgraded my phone and it said I should be able to collect my phone within 24 hours and I still haven’t recieved an email to collect it from the store. I ordered an iPhone 14 in red

I ordered the new phone on the 17th March at 11:45am

Once the order has been processed and delivered to the store, they will contact you to let you know when this can be collected.
