I have been waiting for my new sim to arrive for 2 weeks now. I have received no update(email/sms) as where it is or what is happening.... I am a new customer, my old monthly contract has run out and I am on pay as you go until EE deliver my new sim

Welcome to the community,

SIM cards are sent by second class post, it should only take around five working days.

As you have not received it yet, I would suggest speaking to customer service, or if you are near an EE store, go in there, and they will supply you with one.
