Phone repair in Sheffield

The store has had my wife’s phone for a simple repair for over 2 weeks. There are no tracking updates and the store aren’t answering the phone…Any ideas?

I'd recommend giving Customer Service a call, where a guide will be able to check the progress of the repair. 
Alternatively, you can pop into the retail store directly for an update.

Tried calling at the shop today and they were fully booked and couldn’t get near anybody to ask.

The Sheffield store is constantly too busy to answer the phone and there are no free advisors as they are always fully booked. The central support line has a 30 minute wait time.

Can somebody out there help as my phone has been with the store for repair for 17 days and the tracking has not been updated. 

It feels as though they have lost me phone.

@SteveS18 I am sorry to hear you were unable to get assistance in the store today due to it being busy, I appreciate it will be frustrating when you are worried about your phone. If the store is quite busy I would recommend booking an appointment to visit. If it is the Sheffield Moor store it looks like they have appointments from Tuesday 3pm available. 

Our customer service team are available 8am to 8pm on the weekends, they can check the repair status to see if there are any updates on our end. Though if it was an instore repair, rather than one being sent to the repair centre, it may require still visiting the store. If there was any delay with the repair this should have been updated on your online tracker so I apologise if it has not.

Thanks Alex, the frustration is getting to the store and back, especially if the repair is still to be completed. A simple call back or update would be much easier all round.
