Good morning two days ago I returned the phone I have received a message that the phone has been delivered to the company but they have not contacted me, not even when they are going to. Return the money. I find it regrettable that I always have to be the one who tries to contact them for everything. I need information about the return

Thanks for coming to the community.

If the phone has been received into our warehouse, it can take a few days for it to be processed and cancelled. Any payments that have then been made would be refunded back to the original payment method.
