Upgraded phone

Hi

I did an upgrade as i was due i did this on line for Samsung A33 I got an email to confirm ordered but heard nothing more. It's now saying on my account that I'm not eligible for upgrade not sure of this because I have ordered new phone but I've heard nothing about whats happening and also I waited over 20 mins on phone trying to get through to find out what has happened.

@SandyAuld42  When did you order this ?   Once you have upgraded your account will change to this state. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Few days ago but had nothing about phone just confirming my order had nothing since so no idea what's happening with the phone

DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

 

Have you tired tracking your order online?

No information on the tracking I just wait till next week and of nothing will ring.
