Hi there,
Please help me , I upgraded my phone a few days ago via the EE app and paid the extra £147 plus extra £30 for the handset. The payment is pending in my bank account and received no confirmation email from EE regarding the order.
My bank have advised that I need to talk to EE regarding the pending money as they cannot touch it when its pending. This is obviously very distressing for me.
Any help will be appreciated.
