Upgraded phone awaiting confirmation

I upgraded my phone on 09th and recieved confirmation email. However since the account has been saying "Awaiting confirmation". What does this mean??

That message means EE are waiting stock.

When your delivery is due you will receive a text and email from DPD.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
