Hello,

I upgraded my phone to the IPhone 17 Pro Max White, it said 21 days for dispatch, however it’s been 21 days and I’ve received no notification at all of anything. Nothing since I upgraded the phone last month.

I've had a check over our stock tracker, and we're estimating 14 days for delivery on this at the moment, but this did go to 28 days earlier in the month. 

This would suggest it should be with you soon, but so we can be sure everything has gone through as it should do, I'd recommend giving our team a call.

They'll be able to make sure that the online order has been pushed through on your account, and update you from there.

Which storage version of the 17 Pro Max have you gone for here?

Also please don't share this in pubic, but did you get a confirmation email with an XK order number?

it’s the 256gb model, yes I got that as soon as I upgraded, but whenever I put it in the tracker with my email, it just says ‘oops something wrong’ so I’ve been left completely in the dark for 3 weeks.
