Ordered a new phone last Thursday, had email confirmation, but still no sign of delivery

Looking at the stock table it shows we now have plenty of the iPhone 15 Plus 128GB Blue in stock, and should expected dispatch within 1 day. However it doesn't show us when this stock became available.
I know you'll be eager to receive your upgrade device as soon as possible, so I'd recommend calling Customer Service so they can look into your order and the reason for delay in shipping, or if it's due to be dispatched with this current stock.

I ordered an iPhone 15 plus in blue, phone on Thursday 10th October still no sign after waiting a week, so rang to say it was in stock only the yellow and green unavailable!! To be told to ring back Saturday if I hadn’t heard from DPD, so rang this morning to be told it’s on back order!! What’s going on, I originally ordered as it was next day delivery!
