Hi I ordered my upgrade last Thursday 03/12/2020, received an email to confirm however I still haven't received a delivery. The tracking number doesn't work on the track my order. The auto loaded "Track my order" hasn't moved since the day I ordered. I haven't received any further communication.

If you have ordered the new iPhone you could be waiting weeks.

Hi @sabrinaholloway.

Welcome to the community.

What did you order?

Were you given an estimated delivery time when you ordered?

Jon

Hi

IPhone 12 pro 256 in Pacific Blue, I was told that I would be withing 14 days but looking at all the stuff on here and twitter I guess I'll be waiting until the new year

Hi @Tomstevensuk.

When did you order?

Have you checked our online order tracker?

Jon

Hi

I ordered it last week and it just says awaiting confirmation but looking online people have had that for ages

Thanks @Tomstevensuk.

If you can get in touch with our Customer Care team, they will be able to give you an update on your order.

Hi @Tomstevensuk,

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 256GB Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.

James

Same answer to everyone who is having the same issue and been told a date or a couple of weeks for there phone 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🙄

There is no company in the world that doesn't know when stock will be coming.

You have a date when stock is coming in you just don't know who is going to get it.
