Upgrade

Hey

I've just upgraded my Samsung s20 ultra note to the Samsung s23 however I realise now that I wanted to upgrade to the s23 ultra, is there anyway to swap the devices? I received the phone today.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and cancel your upgrade. Once you've returned the handset you can upgrade again.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
