Upgrade returned by DPD

I ordered an upgrade 2 weeks ago and after tracking it via DPD it now says they are returning it to EE. I know I need to phone 150 to sort it but was unsure which options to choose to speak to the right person. Also will I just be able to get the phone redelivered or does the order get cancelled and I have to upgrade again as I ordered during the black Friday sale so the deal I got probably isn't available anymore.

If you follow the options for our billing team, they'll be able to help you.

You could try checking the DPD app to see if you order can be redelivered.
