Upgrade order not found

Got a notification through the app that I could upgrade early so I did.

 

Placed an order for Samsung galaxy s23 and got my order confirmation email.

When I went to track it there is nothing. It says my order ref is wrong. I also downloaded the DPD app and nothing showing as scheduled for my address.

 

I thought I'd wait 24 hours and still nothing is on there. And when I go on the app it lets me look at upgrades but now it wants my to pay and upfront fee for the same deal I originally ordered.

 

I'm so confused

 

Please advise!

@Tommy83g  You need a tracking number in order to track and you get that when a device is allocated to you, you have an order number.    Might be worth giving customer services a call about this.
