Upgraded to my iPhone 13 on the 19th and it’s still not delivered, called ee and it’s apparently my responsibility to chase it with dpd as it’s nothing to do with them? I’ve been on the phone the last few days with dpd who keep telling me there’s a “unexpected issue” so my it’s been delayed daily for delivery since the 23rd when they said they’d originally deliver it! I would of thought ee would of made sure it got to me but the lad I spoke to on the phone didn’t seem to care much about it as if it’s not ee problem anymore?

Were DPD able to give you an indication of when this might be delivered?
Have you tried tracking your order with our EE Online Tracker?

Hi Jon,
DPD haven’t given me anything other than and expected date which keeps being changed daily.
The EE online tracker “can’t show order details” that’s why I ended up calling EE as that was the next best thing

Current due date is now tomorrow (27th) after being delayed this afternoon. As far as I can see on the dpd app they have my phone, my concern is due to it being delayed a few times now have they lost the parcel or are they struggling to deliver? They won’t give the info when I ask them so leaves me in the dark sadly.

I don't believe your phone has been lost if DPD have scheduled another delivery for tomorrow. Please let us know if you haven't received a delivery slot by 11am tomorrow.

This is what has happened the last few days now, it will it’s at the depot but no messages to say it’s out for delivery, annoyingly as I finally drove out yesterday there was a dpd van driving just off my road! Maybe they just aren’t putting my parcel on the van for whatever reason..

what ee need to do and this should have been done at the beginning of your post, is to actually call dpd and kick them up the rear rather than asking you silly questions. ee is the sender and the only one who can talk to dpd due to gpdr.

I am still waiting for my phone from upgrading it over the weekend. Apparently it was delivered to another address!! very frustating...my old phone is on it's way out!
