Did you mean:

Upgrade early

Hi,
I have upgraded through My EE, selected the device I want to upgrade to and proceeded to pay the upfront cost. I have then recieved an email from EE saying "Thanks for your order (Order number). We are getting your upgrade ready and it will be on its way soon"

This was on the 29th of July and I've not heard anything since, and if I try to track my order using the order number I just get the below. I also had another email around the same time confirming the order. I tried calling but was on hold 30 mins on my lunch at work so gave up. I don't really have the luxury to be on hold for that long to then speak to someone on lunch. But I just want to know if anyone knows what the deal is? Am I having to wait until the end of this month when my actual contract is up? If so then what's the point of upgrading early?

Which colour and storage size @Jhaynes7?

James

Sorry for the late reply, it was the

Colour: Phantom Black

Capacity:

128GB

Another thing I have now noticed is, that if I now look at the same phone and look at trading in my current phone it's listed as no longer eligible.

Previously my S20+ 5G was eligible when I put the order in for the trade-in plan.
