Upgrade/Flex pay

Hi

I am due an upgrade but do not understand this Flex pay option? What is the difference between a normal pay monthly upgrade or the Flex pay option. At the end of the contract will you still have paid everything off. Very confused

Thanks for coming to the community.

Our Flex Pay plans basically separate the cost of the phone and the plan, so you have two payments each month, one for the phone and the other for the Airtime. The device payment is effectively an interest free loan and can be over a 24 or 36 month repayments.
