Send help I did my upgrade online via the app then I went back and it was still saying I could upgrade so I thought it’s not gone through so I tried again I get all the email confirmation but it’s not showing on my app it’s still saying I can upgrade now am like do I have two orders I’ve tried the chat and no one answers me
