Upfront cost keeps changing from £0 to £50

Hi,

I’m currently trying to upgrade my plan and phone, it states that there won’t be an upfront cost, but when I got to buy it, the upfront cost appears again, even though the plan or phone hasn’t changed.

Is there a charge for the phone? 

If you have no upgrade fee, there will still be a charge for the phone if this is showing a fee.
