I've checked and the item is in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day. If you don't hear anything this morning, I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team, just to double check the order.

Since it's already been a couple of days, it might actually be worth calling the Mobile Care team this morning to check it.
