I have not yet received a text messages regarding my order? I received an email saying m order is on its way look out for a text with delivery updates but still as of yet haven’t received a text.. I placed my order on the 12th December

I’m the same with my order!

Got confirmation it was finally dispatched yesterday and I’d receive a text with delivery and tracking details from DPD and nothing!

If you download the DPD app and enter the email address and postcode, this will show you any deliveries scheduled. 

DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

Hi I’ve now resolved my problem. This is because they do not have your item
in stock unfortunately. They still take your payments and place your order
though which is silly. I had to call customer services and cancel my order
and order a different product
