Ultra watch ordering joke

Ordered on the pre order day and had confirmation email ,had another email on the 16th September saying order on track ……….AND NOW ITS AN OPEN ORDER WITH NO IDEA OF WHEN I WILL RECIEVE IT. Phoned CS this morning to be told it didn’t get processed until the 12th September even though money went out on the 9th September £190. Was told at pre order would arrive on the 23rd. Honestly fumming right now . CS man just waffled about servers going down they are working on one server instead of six so updates are slow . You have taken my money,promised a product and now you don’t know when it will arrive. Not helpful at all. Do I wait our just get a refund and go else where ,contracts nearly up on my phones so this could be the make or break for me. Every year it’s something with this company.

Exactly this. It’s pretty bad this year. Customer service have no idea. I ordered by phone as soon as they were up at 13:00. I haven’t even received an order confirmation. Money out of my account days ago. Customer service unable to give me an order number or a confirmation, just say to wait for DPD. Terrible.

Getting worse ,maybe Monday or Tuesday next week but only said that after I asked about cancelling my order . That depend on when they ship from the warehouse ……..,.. so do they have ultra phones in stock for the pre orders or not . It’s all a big mess .

Exactly in the same boat as per the other thread. I’ve tried calling them again this afternoon to insist I get one tomorrow but I might as well just be speaking to a brick wall. EE just don’t care, promised me 3 times I would be getting it tomorrow. I am so f**ked off right now

I have just cancelled my watch ,still open order so thank you refund please . Asked why I wanted to cancel and told the lady straight,was promised 23rd and now it’s not even been allocated. Will go to Apple direct I think in future . Been a total let down from start to finish….. but I did get an apology eventually.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience and that you cancelled your order, @Amanda1967.

I'm not sure why it wasn't processed till the 12th and whether this was normal system behaviour. All orders are cleared in the order in which they were placed, oldest to newest as we receive stock from the manufacturer.

Chris, Can you confirm if anything is in stock at the mo? I don't really care what band it has as not using the one that comes with it.

It's launch day tomorrow, but at the moment the Apple Watch Ultra, small green Alpine loop version is available to order with a one day delivery, @deejaybenji.

This is subject to change and the timescales are updated on the online shop.

@Amanda1967  The ultra is released on the 23rd why are you fuming about not getting a device that’s not able until tomorrow.

But it isn’t free because I just called in straight away and have been told all stock with any strap combination is 28 days. You guys really should get your facts straight instead of misleading people about things

website states next day but it isn’t true. Business page says all available from tomorrow. Whoever runs your website needs firing!!
