That model is showing that the estimated dispatch time of more than 28 days at the point you placed the order, and still shows the same timescale for any orders placed after that.
Once it is on the way, you'll get a notification from DPD by email or text, or in the DPD app if you have that to let you know when it will be delivered.
If you weren't too bothered about the colour, the Black Titanium version with the Milanese Loop is available sooner, with the expected dispatch being within 7 days for that one.
If you wanted to keep the Natural Titanium, but change the strap, the Blue Trail Loop version is in stock now.
If you did want to change, you'd need to give our customer service guides a call, and they'll cancel the current one and place a new order.

Same issue here, Watch Ultra 3 Natural titanium Milanese loop, waiting since 8/10/25 shows 28 Days to dispatch, no updates, nothing…

That is normal @DampCheeks, so there is nothing to worry about.
Once the order is placed and confirmed, you'd not get anything until stock is available and is ready to be dispatched.
Until that point there is no further information to give you as we set the expectation of timescale when you are ordering.
The Natural Titanium Watch Ultra3 has had a timescale of more than 28 days since pre-orders opened, and when stock arrives they are being dispatched on a first come, first served basis.

I think EE have started to get stock in now.
I wrote a post about my order getting nowhere. I ordered a 46mm titanium gold watch, on the 30th when it said delivery within 7 days.
Website then changed to more than 28 days after I ordered. Think it still says it now. That 7 days came and went. I called customer services twice and I was told they didnt know when the first time, and maybe mid November the second time. I said on here I’d give it a week then I’d cancel and order elsewhere.
Everyday, I check my order and it says delayed. Today same thing. Except at 15.44 today I suddenly get a text from DPD. They have my order. Just as I was about to cancel.
So I’m sure you’ll hear from DPD soon.
