Hello, yesterday I upgraded both phones on my account. I received confirmation e-mails about the order. I then got an e-mail that one order was out for delivery. The phone should have been delivered today but DPD had an issue so the phone is now coming on Monday.
However I have not had any confirmation that the other phone is being sent. I assume they would both be sent at the same time, but have noticed that they have different delivery details.
Can you let me know if both phones will be coming on Monday or is it just one? My concern is that as I did the upgrades within minutes of each other you may have thought this was a mistake and only one phone is being sent 🙂

@DJMCM Depends if EE have stock of the other devices. It’s not unusual to have two separate delivery dates for two different devices as it depends on stock levels.
