I did an upgrade, got the email, said 1 day delivery. I’ve had no text from dpd yet! Go on my account and it’s saying I can upgrade!!!!! The upgrade I have already done!!!!!!!!! And Ofc, there’s no online chat to talk to a real person!

@StephieCass , the online chat exists for people on contract when someone is available.
What upgrade was it? Was it for a new phone? Your SIM card will still work, you do not need a new one and as long as you still have your old phone, then use that.
You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
