Hoping someone can help. I was offered a trade in on my pixel 7 pro towards a new phone last Thursday. New phone arrived this thursday but nothing to send my pixel 7 pro back for the trade in.
Contacted EE and they said the packaging has been dispatched and should be here soon. Is it normal I've still not got the packaging to send my phone back.
