I paid £30 for a phone upgrade online and was told it would be delivered within 7 days. I was giving a tracking number which worked once and now doesn’t work. I have no way of tracking my order or getting any updates. Who can sort this for me? I’ve tried finding stuff online and calling but everything is automated and unhelpful.

If tracking is not available then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Additionally I would suggest downloading the DPD app.

@Robertmoran65 ,when you ring customer service press option 2 and you should get to speak to someone.
