I've ordered 3 new handsets this week - the order tracking page does not work - you input the order reference and the associated mobile number (all of them are monthly upgrades) and an error message is shown.
This is poor service - I just want to know when today's delivery may (or may not) take place. I am the main account holder with 5 users attached - the orders should be sent to my email address complete with tracking etc. Apart from the one confirmation email the other correspondence is texted to the handsets which is not really that helpful as the bill payer.
Maybe someone at EE could look to make sure the tracker is working?

Thanks for coming here.
Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have deliveries scheduled for the delivery address?
You can check for deliveries using the email address used when ordering and the delivery postcode.
