I have had to have two calls to sort out a sim only deal because the sales person says their computer is playing up. I have just been on the phone for 37 minutes on the second call and the sales person says her computer is freezing and she can't process my insurance documents so I need to have a third call back. I am not happy. This is a huge inconvenience and a waste of my time.
