Hello
How can I know that mine order has been accepted?
I order a new first monthly contract for a new phone.
And I have received a message that I need to give more information to process order.
I have spoken with them already and hen I receive new message "Thank you for your order....."
Does that meen that mine order has been successful?

Did you speak to our Sales team after you received the email? If not, I'd recommend calling the number on the email from EE.

Have you received an order confirmation yet by email that has a reference beginning XKO? This is your order number.
Normally when an order has been placed you will get this.
If not, give customer service a call on 0800 956 6000 and they can check if it has been accepted or if they require anything further.
