Terrible service

After two hours on the phone last night only to be cut off i tried again today only after forty minutes to be cut off again.

All i want to do is return the wrong phone that was sent to me with a SIM card i never asked for.

I cannot waste my time for something i never wanted  in the first  place so will somebody contact me ?

Hi Leanne

I have tried this several times with no response.

They sent the wrong phone which they have replaced but cannot return the other one.

Also sent me a SIM which i never asked for.

Just wanted to upgrade my phone nothing else.
