Placed an order for iPhone 13 128gb Pink.
once I placed the order I received a *Successful Order Ref Email* but when I try and track my order it says this;
Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
“Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.”
Email confirmation even says Successful Order Ref”
can someone shine some light?

I placed my order yesterday (27th Oct 2022) received the “successfull ee order reference email”
but I can’t track anything and it says online it’s in stock and will be despatched within one day.

I'd expect your order to be processed and dispatched today. We'll send you a text as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Sorry, we can't access your account via the community. There won't be any tracking details available until DPD have collected your phone and scheduled your delivery slot. As soon as they've scheduled your delivery, they'll send you a text with the DPD tracking number and estimated delivery slot.

Oh right ok, so the reason there isn’t any tracking is because you don’t receive it until DPD have collected the order from ee.
