Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

I have received the phone -  it’s very glitchy after all that wait, hopefully in a few updates time it will sort itself out 😅

Ordered and paid for my iPhone  pro max no sign of forthcoming delivery !

There is a wait time for most models of the iPhone 17 Pro Max but if you let me know which colour and storage size you ordered, as well as the order date, I'll see what timescale we have for you.

I ordered an iPhone 17 512GB in Mist Blue on the 7th November it would have been nice to have got an email to say wait time etc as I’m still waiting and says nothing on my account and when tracking it says dispatched (said this from the 8th Nov) but received nothing else and I knew when I ordered that I had to wait a bit of time so knew it wouldn’t have been dispatched yet. Just wondering how much longer do I have to wait just very confused

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB on the 8th of November. EE keep telling me they’re waiting for stock from Apple because this is a “premium device”.

 

Today is already the 10th day and my order is still “in progress”.

Can anyone who ordered around the beginning of November confirm — have you received your iPhone 17 Pro Max yet?How long did your delivery actually take?Trying to understand whether this delay is normal or if something is stuck with my order.Thanks!

I ordered mine on 28/10 - iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256gb - not had any update since the Order Confirmation email.

I've had a double check and we're estimating up to 14 days for delivery on this particular model.

Normally we'll mention this on our website, or the Guide you're speaking with will give these details, so apologies if this wasn't clear.

So we can be 100% sure on what's happening with your order, I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can check things at our end.

I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max Orange 512GB on 15th October and still waiting. If you try and speak to EE they’ll just tell you to keep an eye out for the DPD app or text and then try and offer you a tablet to be added to your account.

I’m giving mine a few more days and then I’ll cancel the order.

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, stock guidance while placing the order on the8th November was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 14 days)"


Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. 

That said, we're still waiting for stock from manufacturer to fulfil orders from September specifically for the 256GB in Silver, while we have plenty of stock of Depp Blue for immediate dispatch. 

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
