When tracking my order I get above error. It’s been over 24hrs and I have had no further communication since. The phone is a iPhone 14 and I would greatly appreciate a update; other than cannot show details.

To put it simply - the EE website is terrible and can't even show an error message properly.

In the "Email address or phone number:" box, put your email address you placed the order with, not your phone number.

thank you for response. I have tried it with e-mail and order number first and then with phone and order number. I have now also tried it again with both but getting the same message every time.

@Christopher_G  Thanks. I had ordered it on 18th October after 17:00 and received confirmation same day at around 8pm.

I have similar issue - no order number for Iphone 128GB Midnight. Ordered Wednesday and was told it would be 1 day but haven't received today and no text with details. On hold here trying to get through to Customer Care
