So confused .

Pre Ordered an iPhone 14 Pro in September.  Tracking finally said despatched in 24 hours ... its sat there on tracking like that now for 5 days, no chanhe wven though it said 24 hours expexted to be sent . Phone is going to store for pickup.  Is there  a delay on the phone 14 and if so can you confirm the delay please and is that why tracking doesn't change. Thanks.

Welcome to the community,

As this is the new Apple phone, there is a backlog of delivery and deliveries are done on a first come first serve and only when EE have received the phones from Apple.

You will receive a notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. This is not customer service, if you want more information you will have to ring customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
