Ordered phone 4 days ago and still not dispatched yet is this normal for ee as I've just left O2?

Hi @Katie_B , I'm not sure if 150 team can search with the XKO number provided or not. After I gave them my XKO number and name, the representative talked to his manager for a while and instructed me to collect the order at any local EE shop. I even double-checked with him that I can get the phone as long as I have my XKO number and ID ready. Therefore, I assume 150 team can know the status of the order with XKO number.

Your order should only be available to collect from the store selected when ordering @V-GAO.
