I ordered a sim but can’t find my order in app how can I get on live chat that’s not showing in app either?

Welcome to the community,

Live chat is only available for customers on mobile contract, so if you are not one that is why it is not there.

If you ordered a SIM card, then you will have to wait for it to arrive, as it is send via second class post, there is no order in the app for the SIM card.

If you have photo ID and need the SIM card quicker and you are near an EE high street store you can get one there.
