hello I ordered a replacement sim on Monday I’m just wondering where it is please

Thanks for coming to the community.

The SIM card would be sent by standard post, without any tracking. It would normally arrive within a couple of days but may take up to 5 working days to get through the post.

If you've not received it by the weekend, I'd recommend either speaking to our customer service guides.

Alternatively, if you are the account holder and have an EE store nearby, you can go in with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they can activate a SIM for you.
