Upgraded contract on Friday and was sent a new sim. Which still hasn’t arrived, How much longer is it expected to take to arrive as my old sim was deactivated on Sunday and so have had no service since.
please help.

When upgrading you can continue to use your existing SIM card. Has your existing SIM definitely been deactivated?
