Sim not received

I have ordered a sim on October 2 and till date I didn't get it or any dispatched email information.
I have paid £15.00 order reference number: xko********, can you please help me with this order??

We're unable to access accounts or order details here on the community, but it sounds like it has went through ok if you have had an order number at the end. If you can give our team a call on 07953 966 150 and give them the details, they'd be happy to check that for you.

I've removed the order number for security as this is a public forum. 

I'm sorry you haven't had a confirmation email yet, have you checked to see if it has made it's way into a spam/junk folder by mistake?
