Just had a message from dpd my new sim has been delayed its still in Hinkley did depot has anyone else had this problem and was it resolved before other provider turns sim off

Once you have received the SIM card and used this, the number will transfer the next working day.

@Hughsy2 Did you request your number to port over to EE ? If you did your other network sim will remain active until you activate the EE sim to have your number moved to it. If you’re not keeping your number did you give notice of termination for that other network?
