I ordered a new phone last night and paid for next day delivery. I have not received any confirmation of order and cannot track delivery. All EE phone lines down due to system problems apparently. Anyone from EE able to explain this?

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries scheduled for you?
